Checking the front door or sleeping should progress the story, but there might be a bug that prevents you from doing either. If you try both those things and neither of them work, let me know and I'll try to fix it.
Thanks! I think from the character's perspectives both are bad endings so I wanted to honor that. It's up to you if you agree though, I definitely have one I prefer myself haha. But no, there's only 2 endings.

I've tried to interact with either but I've already declined my opportunity to leave and the bed requires you to be full.
